These terms are the rules for using My Sports Videos. By using the site you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be an adult (18+) to upload videos, record calls, set up or join a team, or send messages. Kids are welcome to watch with a parent.

Your videos and words

You keep ownership of what you upload or write.
You give us permission to store it, show it to the people it's shared with, combine it with other angles of the same play, add captions, headlines, announcer voices and sponsor messages around it, and make it available for sharing as the coach allows.
Only upload videos you filmed (or have permission to share) and that follow our Filming guidelines.

Be a good teammate

Keep everything positive. No bullying, insults, threats or comments about kids' bodies or looks.
No private information about players, like addresses, schools or phone numbers.
Don't use the site to contact children.
Coaches and we may remove anything that breaks these rules, and remove people who keep breaking them.

Hiding and removing videos

Anyone can ask us to hide or remove a video of their child at Hide or remove my child. We hide it right away and review it within 48 hours. Coaches can stop sharing or remove videos from their games at any time.

Rewards and contests

When we offer awards (like Play of the Week or Filmer of the Week), winners are chosen by results such as cheers and shares, not random drawings. Prizes go to team funds or adult filmers, never to children. We'll post the rules for each award.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site running and your videos safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of videos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll say so on the site.
